This project involved a £7 million development of a former 1960s British Telecoms operations warehouse in South Wales. Jenkins & Potter carried out an initial feasibility study for the conversion and refurbishment of this 50,000 sq/ft warehouse. J&P were then appointed to design the full structural alterations and upgrade of the existing warehouse facilities to provide print and mail, support services and a call centre for 400 personnel. This included the full re-cladding, mezzanine level refurbishment and extension.

The building needed to remain in operation throughout, so the construction works took place in four phases in order to work around the existing operations. The four phase construction works equated to a total 60 week construction period.

Jenkins & Potter also provided the design for the underground foul and storm water drainage and external works.
