Edgehill College Theatre

This £700,000 development was for the provision of a new 11,000m² Arts Theatre in Devon which can seat approximately 470 people with associated parking facilities, adjacent to the existing college buildings. The building is of a steel frame multi-facet construction with a masonry cladding.

As well as being responsible for the structural design, Jenkins & Potter were also appointed as Project Managers in the early planning stages of the project. One of the main challenges as Project Manager was to bring the build costs down by £300,000 from £1 million.
